Indoor camera subscription?

I bought 2 indoor cameras and the free trial was great. Now the trial is over I cannot subscribe.  When I try to it says I do not have any devices. This is very frustrating and annoying. Any help...please

    Hi, Rickyfx

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community.

We see that you're having trouble subscribing to the Roku Smart Home, and we're here to assist.

Signing up is simple! Subscribe before or after the 14-day free trial ends to continue unlocking the full potential of your smart home:

    1. Sign up for a Roku Smart Home Subscription
    2. Then sign in to your Roku account
    3. If you have a Roku Smart Home Monitoring System SE and would like to add Pro Monitoring powered by Noonlight to your Roku Smart Home Subscription, choose monthly or annual billing for the Pro Monitoring service. Or, skip this step.
    4. On the 'Add Roku Smart Home cameras' screen, choose a camera plan: select the 'Cameras Plus' plan to include up to 99 cameras and doorbells in your subscription for one price, or choose the 'Individual cameras' plan to select the devices to include

    5. If you chose 'Individual cameras,' select the device(s) that you want to include with your subscription

    6. Select a monthly or annual term for your subscription
    7. Select a payment method and complete your purchase by following the on-screen instructions

You can purchase a monthly or annual subscription for one, multiple, or all of your cameras and doorbells. Subscriptions can be switched between cameras and doorbells. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

The total price will depend on the number of cameras and doorbells that you use on your Roku Smart Home Subscription plan.

For more information, you can visit this support article on How to sign up for and manage a Roku Smart Home Subscription for cameras & doorbells

We hope you find this information useful, and feel free to let us know if you have further concerns or inquries.

    Best wishes,
    Kash
