Indoor camera siren has no sound

I set up my indoor cameras a week ago. I used the siren on one of the cameras to spook my dog and get him to quit playing with things he shouldn’t. I turned the siren on twice in a row and now it shows it is always on, but there is no siren sound and will not show that it is turned off.

    We recommend you try the couple of troubleshooting steps below:

    1. Power cycle the Roku camera
    2. Force close and reopen the Roku Smart Home app

  • I have tried both of those steps. I have also deleted the camera and reinstalled it as well as deleting the Roku app on my phone and reinstalled it, but the camera still shows the siren is on when it isn't.
