Indoor Camera SE won't power on

I've had an outdoor wired camera for 5 mos. It powered off and now cannot get it to stay on. When i try to power it on, red light comes on few seconds then a blue light just for no more than 2 seconds - then nothing. Tried reset. Did not work. Unable to use camera after just 5 mos - that is not acceptable.

      Thanks for letting us know about the issue with your camera not powering on. We are here to help.

      Let's see if this works for you.

      1. Make sure you're using the USB cable and adapter that came with the camera.
      2. You should be plugging the USB cable correctly into the camera. Male micro-USB side into the camera and male full-size USB into the adapter.
      3. If the camera still does not power on, try to use another USB cable or adapter to see if the cable or adapter is defective.
