Let's see if this works for you.
- Ensure that the Roku Smart Home app is up to date.
- Log out and log back into the app.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
- Factory reset the camera
If the issue continues, provide us with the following:
- Make and model of the router
- Device ID
- Device firmware version
- App version
- Log ID: (pull up your Roku Smart Home app home page > select Account > Roku Support > Submit a Log)
