Indoor Camera SE detection issue

My camera just down right sucks. It works for about 10 days, then I have to delete it, reload everything. Now it won’t even show when someone comes in my driveway. Is Roku selling junk, inferior product? Customer service just gives me the run around, again and again. Can someone with Roku who knows what they are doing actual contact me. Now I’m looking at different services, because Roku sucks.
