Indoor camera not working or connecting

I got my indoor camera SE a few months ago. It worked great for the first 2 weeks. After about a month, it just stopped connecting. I don't know what it's not connecting to, but I can't see video anymore and when I pull up the app it says "failure to update device list". I don't know what any of that means. I basically havnt used it for months, but I need it again and just want some help cause I am at a loss after trying for so long.

    We understand that you're having a problem with your Roku indoor camera SE. We're happy to help. Please try to uninstall the Roku Smart Home app, restart your mobile device, and reinstall the Roku Smart Home app.

    If the problem still persists, please make sure that your Roku Smart Home app and Roku camera are connected to the same network.
    Please keep us posted on what you find out.
