Indoor Camera 360 won't do anything

I let a friend keep it at his place for a few days, and upon getting it back, the device won't do anything besides display a red light and make a very quick, slight 'sound'. It won't spin around, look up and down, or make any sound. I don't know if my friend kicked it across town, dropped it on the ground, or what he did to it, but so far, no solution has been found.

It's really causing me to frown.  :(

    Thanks for sharing your Roku Indoor Camera 360 issue, which won't pan and has no sound. We're here to assist you.

    We'd like to know the following:

    • What is the current firmware version of your Indoor Camera 360?
    • Is the status light of the camera solid red or flashing?
    • Were you setting up the camera for the first time, or was it already working when the issue occurred?
    • Have you tried resetting it? If not yet, try the steps below.

    Note: If your camera has a micro SD card, remove the storage device before performing a factory reset.

    1. Plug in your camera if not already powered on
    2. Press and hold the Setup button for 10 seconds
    3. Wait at least 30 seconds for your camera to restart
