Indoor Camera 360 can't view recordings

Hello! I have a 180 Indoor Camera from Roku. I purchased this device almost a year ago and haven’t had many issues. 
Recently I moved the camera, and the wiring has been pulled out. So I’m unsure if that could be causing this issue. 
The camera still works; it still shows it’s recording, but I’m unable to see the videos. Regardless if it’s a motion or sound detection. 
I’ve reinstalled the app and checked to ensure the app is up to date, along with the firmware. I’ve rebooted my router, and it shows it has a good signal. 
Would anyone be able to help me diagnose and fix this? I have both sound and motion turned on. The only thing I cannot turn on is smart detection.

      We'd like to look into this more.

      • What is the firmware version of your camera? 
      • Did you get an event notification?
      • Are you able to view the live feed?
      • Have you tried using another mobile device?
