Indoor cam subscription only has photo no videos

I purchased a yearly subscription for 6 indoor cameras and when they detect motion it only has a photo and no videos. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled per customer service with no luck. #indoorcamera #novideos

    Once the reset hs been performed, kindly setup your Roku cameras once again.
