I'm looking at my 2.4 GHZ network that It will Not Recognize It keeps saying not compatible!!!!

Device:  Indoor Camera SE

  Wifi router : ASUS RT-ACRH17  Firmware 3.0.0.4.382_51569

It Sees my 2.4 Ghz network but will not connect   it lists my 2.4 ghz network as "Not Compatible" but thers no further information   this is incredibly frustrating.

 I can't upload  pictures from my web browser.   but suffice to say I have read numerous posts and not seen any advanced router setup guides  giving any indication  what the actual problem settings are. 

 theres literally no other device in my house that can't connevt to my wireless network.  give me a reason not to take this back to the store  for a refund!
