I want my money Back, video not saved

How do I get my $39.95 back??  This Smart Home is a rip off, always get the , unfortunately this video couldn't be saved to the cloud.  And please don't give me the canned answer, everything is up to date and set correctly, far to many people are complaining about the same thing, the problem is clearly on the Roku side.
