I can only connect to the cameras when home connected to wifi.

I recently switched to Roku camera system. I'm unable to connect to the camera's when I leave home (When using cellular data). I can turn off all 4 camera's remotely and turn them back on which will allow me to reconnect but only for few attempts. I have tried the follow  listed below;

* Uninstall and reinstall all 4 camera's

* Uninstall and reinstall App.

* Made sure all devises have strong wifi connection

* Tried app on different Iphone

* Using the app, cleared the cache file

* Rebooted  Modem

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi RayRay_7,

    Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!

    We'd like to take a closer look into this problem that you had with the Roku smart home app since you are unable to view the Roku cameras if you are outside or when using your mobile data. Are you getting any error messages or codes?

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thanks,
    John

      We are new to the Roku home system and having the same issue when we leave home unable to view the doorbell. When we are connected to the same network it works fine on the phone or TV but once we leave home it is telling us error no Internet connection and a bunch of symbols after that but having no issues viewing the in home cameras we have placed just the doorbell one.

        Beesoclean, "no Internet connection" may be the clue here.  When you're away from home, can you use the browser on your phone to access various web sites?  My Android phone has a "Mobile data" setting and if I disable it I can no longer access the Internet or my camera when away from home.
