Let's see if this works for you. Follow the guided steps below.
- Access your Smart Home app and select Indoor Camera SE.
- On the top left corner, you'll be able to see the Settings icon. Select that.
- After that, navigate to Advanced Settings, and right below you'll be able to see the "Sync time" option. Then click Sync.

Thanks for the reply and suggestion. This did not work. The date and time stamp when viewing the video is accurate. The saved video file in the Record Folder is off by 4 hours. Navigating hundreds of video files each being 4 hours off makes it very difficult determining which file I want to view.
I believe the saved video files are generated by the Roku Indoor Camera itself and not by the Roku Home App. There must be a way to set the time zone in the camera.
