Floodlight camera is not responding
Hello! Has this issue been resolved? My outdoor floodlight camera is now doing this. Looking for a solution.
Hey everyone,
If your Roku Floodlight Camera isn't working as expected, here's what to try:

Update Firmware: Make sure your Roku Smart Home app and both the Floodlight and Camera firmware are up-to-date.

Check Wi-Fi:
- Verify other devices can connect to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Check Wi-Fi signal strength. If it's weak (below 3 bars), try moving your router closer to the Floodlight.

Check Wiring: Ensure all connections are secure, including the wire connecting the camera to the floodlight.

Power Cycle:
- Flip the breaker to the "OFF" position.
- Wait 5-10 seconds.
- Flip the breaker back to the "ON" position.

Factory Reset the Camera:
- Remove any microSD card.
- Press and hold the setup button on the camera for 10 seconds.
- Wait at least 30 seconds for the camera to initialize.
- The LED status light will change from Solid Red to Flashing Red.
- Re-set up the camera.
