Floodlight camera is not responding

Hello!  Has this issue been resolved?  My outdoor floodlight camera is now doing this.  Looking for a solution.

  • Hey everyone,

    If your Roku Floodlight Camera isn't working as expected, here's what to try:

    • Update Firmware: Make sure your Roku Smart Home app and both the Floodlight and Camera firmware are up-to-date.

    • Check Wi-Fi:

      • Verify other devices can connect to the same Wi-Fi network.
      • Check Wi-Fi signal strength. If it's weak (below 3 bars), try moving your router closer to the Floodlight.
    • Check Wiring: Ensure all connections are secure, including the wire connecting the camera to the floodlight.

    • Power Cycle:

      • Flip the breaker to the "OFF" position.
      • Wait 5-10 seconds.
      • Flip the breaker back to the "ON" position.
    • Factory Reset the Camera:

      • Remove any microSD card.
      • Press and hold the setup button on the camera for 10 seconds.
      • Wait at least 30 seconds for the camera to initialize.
      • The LED status light will change from Solid Red to Flashing Red.
      • Re-set up the camera.

    If the issue persists, please:

    • Start a new thread or look for related threads in the Community.

      I have a Roku Floodlight SE out door camera on the back of my garage.  Its about 6 months old.  It just lost connectivity just after Christmas.  I tried to update the firmware and the app, still wont connect.  I power cycled the breaker, and the lights turn on when power is restored.  They turn off after 30 seconds.  The camera has no LEDs at all.  I held the setup button for 10 seconds, and nothing.  I have tried to cycle the breaker a few times, and left it off for 5 minutes and then restored power...the camera is still 100% dead, no LED, no sounds, nothing.
