Floodlight Camera Constant Detection

I have the Roku Floodlight Camera. It works perfectly during the day. But at night, it's relentless. It goes off every 40-50 seconds for vehicle detection. I park my car in front of my house in front of the camera. I'd like to see people coming and going. I've tried reducing the sensitivity. I've adjusted the zone (which I'd rather not do) but if its raining or there are bugs flying around my camera, it just constantly triggers. I'm getting very annoyed . I have gotten the detection sensitivity all the way down to 10 with a detection zone...

    Hi cgoodwi498,

    Greetings from the Roku Community!

We understand your concern about the Roku Floodlight Camera. Just give these troubleshooting steps a try:

    1. Confirm the firmware for both the Roku Smart Home App and the Roku Floodlight Camera is up to date.
    2. Powercycle:
    • You will need to flip the breaker to the OFF position. Wait 5-10 seconds, then return the breaker to the ON position.
    • This will power cycle the floodlight camera.

Warning: If you are unsure which breaker switch controls your floodlight camera or you are uncomfortable with doing anything to the electrical panel, contact a licensed electrician for assistance.

Hope this info is helpful for you!

    Cheers,
