Doorbell video dark and poor quality
I’m experiencing poor video quality with my Roku doorbell. The image is very dark during the day, making it difficult to identify anything, and the night vision only shows a dim, black-and-white picture. I’ve tried the following steps with no improvement:
- Resetting and reinstalling the device
- Checking and adjusting internet connection
- Updating firmware and app
- Adjusting camera angle, exposure, and lighting
- Ensuring the doorbell is fully charged (or connected to power)
- Performing a factory reset and re-adding the device
