Doorbell failing to record events

I have gone to settings to fix all settings and it keeps saying failure. I have reset my doorbell, router, etc. pretty much everything. This problem occurred when we switched from battery to wired.

    We'd like to clarify, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? If so, could you please provide us a screenshot of the error message?
