Door sensor stuck on open
My door sensor will change to open when my door is still closed. How do I fix?

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
Please try to restart your sensor by following the steps below:
- Remove the back from the sensor
- Motion slid up and off
- Door/Window pop off
- Remove the batteries and reinsert them, ensuring they are put in correctly.
