Door bell camera footage not working properly

Doorbell video camera footage not working,just a grey or black screen. How do I fix this problem? I’ve tried resetting it.

    We understand you're having a problem with the Roku doorbell camera since the footage is not working. We're happy to help. Please try to uninstall the Roku smart home app and re-install back again.

    If the problem still persists, can you please provide the following information below?

    • When did the issue start?
    • Could you provide us with a screenshot or photo?
