Hi. This did not help me. I tried factory reset and restart of the cameras several times. I can only see the date and time when I am on the same wifi as the cams. When I am away using cellular or a remote wifi I cannot see date and time. Also, your latest update definitely removed the ability to change from 360 to SD to HD and I can never see the bps to verify if I am seeing a stream or if it is a static picture. I used to run most cams in 360 since my internet is not very fast. But now my cams are freeze frame most times since i can no longer select 360. My cam firmware is up to date.
Hi Roku. Please escalate this to tech support. My cameras continue to have problems. In addition to the other problems that I've already mentioned with date, time, error codes, inability to select video speed, now they are randomly stopping recording events and freezing when i try to do a live view. I can usually get things going again by "force stop" my app (or reboot my phone), clear the cache, and even then I can't always get a live view. The camera live view tells me so to reconnect, but that doesn't work unless I immediately also hit the camera reset in the app. After doing this multiple times, I can usually connect and get live view again. But this only lasts a couple hours and then I have to go through the whole procedure again. Usually multiple times a day. The worst part is that when the cam stops working, there is no indication it has stopped, and during that time no events are triggered until I go through this whole process and do a reset again. Before your last update I had very few problems, but now the whole system is very unreliable. Thank you.

Add this to the prior laundry list of problems: Normally I have my cameras all muted. I went LIVE on one today on the app and unmuted and could hear sounds as expected. Then I muted, but it would not mute. Then I went LIVE on a different cam but was still hearing sound from the first cam. The second cam's picture was clearly not updating, so I decided to close the app on my Samsung phone. Even though I closed the app, I was still hearing sound from the first camera. This continued for about a minute, when I finally decided to force stop the app in order to stop hearing sound from the first camera. Thankfully when I force stopped the app, the sound from the first camera stopped. I find I need to force stop and clraer the cache many times a day now after this last update. Also, I know cameras are still frequently freezing and not recording events since a car pulled into my driveway the other day and people got out while I was there and no events were recorded. Feels like this is just another wrinkle in the ongoing saga... I'm feeling like it might be time to give up on this franchise. When they did an update last year, I was about a month without being able to even log into their system from the app. I bet they will be another month figuring out the latest update mess.

Same problem here...I even went and bought new cameras that lasted maybe a week then straight to **bleep** resolution, no motion detection and most if the times I can't view them live....it just times out, total waste of money, I'm canceling my subscription and going back to blink

Latest update: Now I am getting event notifications but when I go to the events to view them, they aren't there. Ugh.

Has there been a solution to this issue? I'm tired of restarting, unplugging, deleting and reinstalling, and rebooting. I have to limit my data usage and no longer can check or determine the Video Resolution. Many times events will not record or be captured when someone walks across the camera view and unless I'm watching LIVE I miss it. It's Aug 25th 2024...any fixes???

For what it is worth, I am also still having all of these problems.
