Can't view whole month Camera recordings
I was trying to view the whole month with my Roku cameras. It's only letting me go back a week. Can anyone help

Looks like you can't find your camera's month-old event recordings. We are here to clarify how Roku Smart Home cloud recordings work.
When you purchase a Roku Smart Home Subscription, an event recording is stored in the cloud for 14 days only. Therefore, older than 14 days recorded events will automatically be removed from the cloud.
However, you can also choose to back it up simultaneously to a micro SD card. To view an event recording backed up on a micro SD card, you must remove the card and connect it to your computer.
