Can i use the indoor camera to view outside from inside at a window?

I just bought 2 of the SE indoor cameras and I was wondering if I could mount them to the inside of a window to look outside through the window? Is that possible? Would it work or would I get a lot of notifications?

    When I tried that, I got no notifications.  The glare of the window really interferes with things, but if you just want to occasionally view the camera on your TV or using the app on your phone then it might be useful.
