Cameras say offline but are showing live feed and giving updates to movement/sound detections.
My cameras had a firmware updates on 11/1/23 around 8 am, and ever since I've had nothing but issues! All day yesterday and today I haven't been able to get any movement/sound notifications or record...
Hey everyone,
If your Roku Camera shows as "offline" in the app but you can still view the live stream, try these steps:
- Update Firmware: Make sure your Roku Smart Home app and camera firmware are up-to-date.
- Power Cycle the Camera: Unplug the camera's power source, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
- Power Cycle Your Network: Unplug your router for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
This should resolve the "offline" status in the app while maintaining your live stream access.
