Cameras not recording
My cameras are not recording, and when I look into my subscriptions it seems as if its unpaid. Is there any updates on when this will be resolved?

I see what you mean, your camera’s not recording, and it looks like the subscription’s showing as unpaid. To get this sorted, just reach out to our Accounts, Payments & Subscriptions team. Head over to the Roku Support page and click the “Start chatting” button at the bottom to connect with someone who can help.
