Cameras not recording, only capturing pictures
So I bought a Roku doorbell camera back in December. I got a 14-day free trial, and I loved it! I am a mother of 6, so protecting my home and family is very important to me.
Fast forward to now I have purchased the floodlight camera as well as paid for the yearly Plus subscription for all my devices. Now all of a sudden my cameras will not record! They will only take a picture. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed at this point, and that's a nice way of putting it. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps I have found online. Everything is up to date, turned on correctly, etc.
What is going on, Roku??? Should I just return these cameras and find another brand because this seems to be an ongoing issue? Someone, please help!
