If you're having trouble with the Roku Camera not recording any events, you may refer to the steps below and see if that works.
Check if you may have events filtered. You can check on that by going to the events tab and doing the following:
1. The person and motion tab should be white and not purple. If purple, tap the icon to unselect it.
2. If the camera section is purple, tap it and hit “clear all” at the top right, and then hit “Apply” at the bottom to select all cameras.
3. Check to see if events showed up.
