Camera won't get past "Ready to connect"

I have the same problem. I don’t hear ready to connect, and there is no light. I got new WiFi in the house (so I know they work because I could still use the camera and there was no red/blue light present) and tried reconnecting them to the new internet and k just hear a pop noise when connected but nothing happens when i press on set up. I have another working camera (this one does show red/blue light) but it doesn’t say ready for set up either..

    In the meantime, try these steps:

    1. Uninstall/Reinstall the app
    2. Restart your camera by unplugging/replugging
    3. If the issue persists, factory reset the camera
