Camera won’t record motion

My camera quit detecting motion. It’s only two months old. There is a blue blinking light on the modem could that be the problem?

    Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue? Have you already rebooted your Roku Smart Home Camera? Are you able to view a live feed through the Roku Smart Home mobile app?
