Camera not recording sound
I have an indoor Roku se camera. If the camera naturally notices movement or sound it will record both sound and picture. However whenever I go into the app and manually hit the record button it will not record any audio, it only records the picture. It used to record both when I would manually press record but now it only records the image whenever I manually hit record in the app.
Also says there’s a firmware update but refuses to update. It’s currently on 6.1.0 build 48-FD not sure if that’s the newest or not.

We noticed in your post that you are having trouble with your Roku Indoor Camera. When you record the event manually, there is no audio. No worries, we're here to sort this out for you.
Before we continue, we would like to know the phone's make and model and OS/iOS version.
We suggest you try to install the Roku Smart Home app on another mobile device and log in with the same Roku account credentials. Then, try to record the event manually from your Roku Indoor camera and see if the same issue occurs. Also, make sure that your device is not muted.
