Camera not capturing and recording like it's supposed to.

I have 2 cameras. The one I have in my living room records when there is motion or a vehicle that passes out front. However, the one I have in my kitchen does not do any of that. I can watch the camera live, but when something triggers it I just get a picture and am unable to see what triggered it.

    Do you have an active subscription attached to the camera in the kitchen? I was having that issue with my doorbell then I realized my trail ran out.
