Camera is showing a distorted image

I have an outdoor camera se and the image that is shown as distorted meaning, discolored and not showing the full image. I have only bought this one item because I want to see how the Smart Home system can work and this isn’t really a good start. I purchased the device from Walmart. However, I lost the receipt so they won’t let me return it. All I am wanting to do is get a replacement, however over the past couple days when trying to do so on Roku‘s websites this particular page to do a warranty claim is always erroring out and not working 🤔 if anyone knows a way to fix this issue without having to let me know or else, how else am I supposed to get a replacement?

Excuse me for asking the obvious, but did you remove the protective plastic film over the lens?

That is totally fine, yes I did remove the film from the camera lens before setting up.

        Hi clay77,

Thanks for reaching out to us here for support in the Roku Community!

We would like to take a closer look at this to see how we can assist. If possible, can you please provide us with an image of the distorted video or image captured by your Roku camera? This would help us view this and proceed with the necessary steps to address this.

Your response would be much appreciated.

        All the best,
        Kash
