Camera is not working, only the doorbell

Every time I check my camera it says there's an error, try again, or troubleshoot. Nothing is wrong with my connections. I can't find the error. The doorbell still works. Do I need a subscription or something? If so, I don't see that anywhere, there's just a blank space. I didn't buy this camera for the doorbell. I need it to work. #Rokudoorbellcamera
