- After setting up the camera, does it show a purple screen, or was it fine before the issue?
- Could you please tell me what troubleshooting steps you have taken so far?
- Could you please check and share the camera's model? (Open the Roku app, select the camera, tap the "gear icon" or "settings," go to "device info," and check the "MAC" for the model number.)

As soon as I finish, setting it up the purple circle to see the camera view just kept loading loading

- Do you see any error messages or error codes?
- Have you considered restarting the router and the Roku camera?

Just like that forever and never lets me see the view from the camera
