App slow AF, Lagging. The App is a disaster.

Every time i select a camera to watch the video, it loading and the stuck as a picture. Always message poping up about unstable connection and i have two super fast modems. Returning them tomorrow.  English second language.

    If you still have the camera, we would recommend performing the troubleshooting steps below.

    • Move the camera near your router and see if that makes a difference.
    • You might also need to check for firmware updates by navigating to your Smart Home app, going to Account, then clicking Firmware Update.
