Anyone else having thick static sound?

Does anyone else experience a thick static sound on your cameras? Everyone of mine does this. Live feed or play back, it’s like the voice is almost muted or muffled because the camera has such a thick static like noise that over rides the actual voice. They’re brand new! Nothing is blocking them. There are no vents around or no fans on. I don’t understand.

    We noticed in your post that your Roku camera has static sound from the live stream and events recording. We would be more than willing to sort this out for you.

    Let's see if this works for you.

    1. Ensure your Roku Smart Home app is up to date.
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Roku Smart Home app.
    3. Try using another mobile device and see if the same issue occurs.
