Announcement on home camera

When turning my camera on there is an "announcement" sounds like "Ray's taxes" and it just repeats every 10 seconds or so.  Using my Smart Home app to turn unit on/off and to monitor sounds and also to be able to speak into the room.  Do not understand what this repetitive announcement is, not how to stop it.  Help would be appreciated.  (I might have inadvertently hit the set up button unnecessarily)

We would like to suggest resetting your device as this is a common solution that resolves many issues. When you reset your device, it will restore its settings to the default factory settings, erasing any saved data or preferences you have set up. Please follow the steps below to reset your device.

    1.  Hold the Setup button on the camera for 15-20 seconds until the light blinks to factory reset.
    2.  Delete the camera from the main home page of the Roku Smart Home App and start again.
    3. After this, re-set up the Roku Smart Home device. You can follow the steps and guide in this support article How to set up your Roku Indoor Camera SE

    Once all the steps have been performed, please let us know the results.
