All of a sudden my camera only displays B&W

All of a sudden the cameras only display on phones or tvs in Blck and White.  I have tried restarting them and powering them down for extended periods of time.  Any ideas??

    This would sound like you have the night vision tuned on. Have you tried checking your system to make sure that your night vision is disabled?

      Thanks Danny, yes that was a silly mistake on my end but Francis in support was awesome and got to the root of the problem.  Too bad my experience today with live support was not as positive.
