All 4 indoor cameras are going offline

This is the third time in under 2 weeks I have noticed that all 4 of my indoor "smart" cameras are offline. They are on different power sources in different parts of the house. I am evaluating these cameras, so there are additional cameras from different vendors right next to the Roku cameras. All of the other cameras are working just fine, zero issues. Is this a common issue with Roku? If so, I can cut the evaluation short and return them.

Before anyone jumps on and says my network is the issue. I've been a network engineer for over 30 years and I can assure you I test my wireless network all the time. It's fine. There are at least 10 other webcams going and they are all fine. In fact some are WYZE cameras, the company that makes the Roku cam, and they are all fine. So is wrong with these cams?

    Hey georgenovak

We understand your Roku Indoor cameras went offline, and we're here to help. To assist you better, please provide the following.

    • Have you checked if your Roku camera firmware and Smart Home app versions are up to date?
    • Is there an event recording when the issue occurs?
    • Are you still receiving event notifications?

In the meantime, try restarting your Roku cameras and modem to see if that helps. For more information, please refer to this link.
