360 camera moving on its own

My cameras movement detection is off but it just did a full scan of the room we haven’t messed with the camera in a while. Is this normal? Do these cameras get hacked?

    Quirozd1, when they power up they move fully to one side and then back, so if it lost power briefly or rebooted for some reason (like a software update) it may appear to scan your room.
