Wondering why getting image flickering?

Made some artwork for a new channel that is sideloaded. From "my channels" and then to the new sideloaded channel, the image showing is flickering on the SD TV's. But when moved Roku to a different TV and use hdmi cable it looks fine. I have adjusted the 16-235 RGB so curious to know why I see it flickering. All the rest of the channel icons in my channels are fine on both TVs. Would hate to get new channel thrown out if there is a problem with image.

Anyone else ever have this problem?
