Why it's "feed status" not showing as updated?

Ok, well I'm trying to change over a published channel to DP. I have updated the feed and can see the channel on the TV. But why is feed status not showing updated with a check mark beside it?  In all of the testing after I updated the feed it always had a check mark by it and has been working perfectly. Is it different because I am on the publish/review page? It should still say updated with the check mark, correct?

But not today.... ugh
