Can someone give some input as to how to get m3u8 url from either veetle, justin or ustream, and it play on roku?

I'm trying to grab the m3u8 of one of my own internet channels. If anyone can tell me how to find it, please let me know. This is one of the last few pieces I need to complete before submitting.
