Using consistent currency in multiple channel stores?

Is it possible to set up a channel so that all in-app purchases in any of the Roku channel stores will use USD? In our game we have a consistent in-game currency, and with the variation between the...

Bonus question - i just noticed this in my txn details (potential PII columns removed):

Any idea why it shows customer paid 0.55 GBP instead of 0.69 GBP (per Roku schedule)?
