URL help - New to channels

So I am brand new to creating a channel and I am having difficulty getting my URL to work.  I am using box to store my media and when I put the URL in it gives me an error "non 200 status code - 302.  I assume it is because I cannot use box?  Or am I putting in the wrong URL format?
