Uploading package with different DevID

I know that if you change the DevID of a channel package then you lose anything stored in the registry for that channel (login info, last playback info, etc.).

I'm worried about subscription purchase data for a channel if the DevID needs to be changed. Does a channel still have access to product purchase information if the DevID changes?

    I believe the subscriptions are tied to the app id which has nothing to do with the DevID. I just did a test with one of my private channels I used for testing subscriptions and I could upload a new package with a different DevID and the subscription stayed in place.
