Updating a private channel...
... is going to change the channel code? For example, the private channel with the code ACDAR, I want to update it, would the new version have another code?

If you're updating an unpublished channel, then the code won't change. If you've already published it, then you should probably be using the Vanity code you specified when you first added the channel, instead of the dynamically generated code.
