unable to update unpublished channel

there was unpublished channel and could install it with access code. also it could be updated by uploading new package.
but when I upload new version today, new version is not updated and old version is keep showing. removing the channel and install it again, it show only old version.
is any process changed to update unpublished channel ??

    A bigger question? Why is Roku Media Player still SDKA? Exactly... The same rules don't apply to everything. Which is of course, is not news. Roku is always playing favorites and teachers pet, also not news. In other news, OS9 kills SDKA? Maybe?
