Unable to fetch store purchases when build installed from Development Application Installer

When build is installed using Development Application Installer, we are unable to fetch store purchases.

store.ObserveField("catalog", "onGetCatalog") - This doesn't get called.

This was working till 28th April, 2020. Without any changes in code, this has stopped working.

Note: Channels installed through Roku Developer portal are working perfectly fine.

Just wanted to know, if anything has changed on Roku end regarding this.
