Transfer App Ownership

Hi, 

Who do I contact to request the transfer of one of our apps to a different account?

    The Developer at Roku.com is the one to talk to.
    i.e. developer (at) roku.com

      I bought an app on my Roku account when I’ve tried to download it on my Roku device it seems that the Roku device was linked to a different email account. 
      ‘how do I transfer the app from the first email account to the second one? 


      i can delete my first email and leave the one linked to the device but I have to buy the app again as by deleting the account I will loose the app I bought under
