Tracking Viewership

I contacted Roku support last week. I received a notice they would respond in 24 hours. I have heard nothing other than receiving an email that says "please type your response above the line." Not even sure what that is requesting. I have tried and tried. Regardless, I am trying to determine the viewership of my channel. I cannot find any help or guidance. So, trying this route.

        Oh.

        Well there is a developers forum at top to the right.

        This would seem more appropriate there.The admins would

        move it there but I think theyre taking time off now.
